Terms & Conditions
Book tours, attractions, tickets, cruises, travel, activities, adventure, backpacker tours and other fun things to do.
These terms and conditions are applicable to all customers of Gowhere.com and authorised redistributors and apply when you access the site, seek information and/or make a booking. By using Gowhere.com, you agree and understand to the terms and conditions and are welcome to ask for interpretation prior to making a booking or using the service.
Payments
Gowhere.com accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. The charge will appear on your statement as “Gowhere.com Surfside”
Cancellations and Modifications
If you are unable, or no longer wish to make use of your booking you must contact Gowhere.com. Cancellation policies for each product are listed on the site and by making a booking you have agreed to the suppliers terms. If your booking is cancelable, based on the cancellation policy listed, you will be refunded the amount you are entitled less a $20 administration fee and any charges which are stated within the policy. Refunds will take up to 4 business days to process, subject to your bank. If you need to modify a booking, you must contact the supplier to make changes to dates, requests and other details. Cancellation of part of a booking is subject to the same conditions as canceling the whole booking.
Identification & Fraud Prevention
You agree that the credit card holder is the person who purchased the service and will be present at the scheduled service. If the credit card holder has booked on behalf of a third party they must contact Gowhere.com customer service by email or telephone to supply the full billing address of the credit card holder. You agree to allow the supplier to make a copy of the credit card and your photo identification for fraud prevention purposes. Gowhere.com reserves the right to contact you to confirm your identification before processing a booking. If you cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and notify you by email.
Availability of Product
All products details are maintained by the respective suppliers including descriptions, pricing, availability and inclusions. Although all attempts are made to ensure accuracy, Gowhere.com is not liable for any acts of negligence, false advertising, mistakes, errors or omissions made by the supplier.
In the event that your booking is unable to be fulfilled by the supplier, you shall be contacted as soon as possible. The supplier will attempt to make alternative arrangements that are convenient to you. If an alternative agreement between you and the supplier cannot be met, a full refund shall be provided. The administration charge will not apply in this case.
If a supplier is unable to fulfill their obligations due to weather, the following conditions will apply. In the case of weather causing the supplier to cease the scheduled product entirely, the supplier shall attempt to reschedule the booking. There will be no charge for the change.
Prices and charges
The prices for products displayed on the website are for the inclusions mentioned on the site. All prices are dynamic and subject to change. All prices include the relevant taxes including Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax). Some suppliers may charge additional fees such as fuel levies. All additional charges are displayed in the conditions section of each product and are payable direct to the supplier. The supplier has no right to charge any additional fees without publishing them within the conditions section.
Our Service
Gowhere.com provides a service that allows tourism providers to sell their products online. Gowhere is does not provide any of the services or products displayed on the website and is not responsible for the products or services sold by suppliers. By making a booking, you also agree to the terms and conditions set by the supplier.
Service Expectations
If you believe that the product does not meet you expectations based on the information provided, we ask that you raise the issue directly with the supplier. Gowhere.com holds no responsibility for deviations in the advertised service. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the supplier, you have the right to post a negative review.
Customer Reviews
All product reviews provided are the opinions of third party customers and do not necessarily reflect Gowhere.com’s opinion, beliefs or ideas. Therefore it is critical that you do not base your purchase decision solely on the reviews. Gowhere.com reserves the right to withhold reviews if they do not meet our criteria.
Supplier Conditions
Certain products provided by suppliers are subject to conditions such as minimum age, health or other requirements. These details shall be listed under the conditions for each product. By making a booking you agree that you accept the conditions.

Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Jurisdiction
The Customer agrees that the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia.
